If you are good,respected high ranked cop or whatever you can send an offer to LAPD Chief do get a skin C.R.A.S.H. It means you can get Tenppenny, Pulaski or Hernandez. But firstly you will have to prove your self in RP us a corrupted cop ( depends what skin you wont ).
Snake stop bumping and spamming applications,and others.Stop respond to old topics and to topics no need to respond,this situation can take you to warn, at your profil,after ban. You have more chance,if you cotinue to bumping and spamming,you will get warn after ban. Lock this topic And move this topic to basket.
